Asilia is looking for Resident Trainee Guides for the year 2019. Selected candidates will participate in a four-week training and selection course during February-April 2019. Successful candidates will then be placed in our camps in Ruaha NP and Selous GR for a year of apprenticeship on the way to becoming fully qualified resident guides.




We welcome candidates from all the southern regions. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. All applicants MUST;

• Be able to speak English fluently
• Possess Class C1 driving license (of the new system)
• Be willing to be based in camps in remote locations
• Be under 35 years of age

We are looking for individuals that have;

• A strong commitment to a career in guiding

• Good communication skills
• An outgoing and positive attitude
• Presentable appearance
• A passion for wildlife and nature
