The BSc (BIS) degree programme with systems development specialization is aimed at producing information systems professionals who are focused on the technology and move in tune with the way business works.

What and how will you learn?

In this programme, the students will learn how to design, conduct scientific and information systems experiments, analyze and interpret data, and identify procedures to solve business information systems problems. Learning shall be through class lectures, seminars, Industrial training and internships.

Entry requirements

Direct entry qualifications

Two principal passes in Mathematics/ Physics/ Geography/ Chemistry/ Economics/Accountancy/ Commerce

Equivalent entry qualifications

Diploma or Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, Computer Networks, or Telecommunication Engineering with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0.
