Job Description
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advers and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee attendance records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Maintain monthly Payroll and leave tracker.
- Assist in monthly compliance-related issues.
- Maintain Probation appraisal records.
- Keep records of contract expiry and its renewals.
- Employee relations/conflict management and resolution.
- Compensation and benefits administration.
- P-File management and maintenance of terminal dues.
- Looking after the health, safety, and welfare of all employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
- Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
- Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
