The University of Dodoma (UDOM) wishes to inform all admitted candidates in others Universities that the InterUniversity Transfer window shall be open from 1st- 14th November, 2021 for the 2021/2022 academic year.
Admitted candidates from other Higher Education Institutions wishing to apply for inter-university transfer to UDOM are advised to note on the following dates and instructions:
DATE: The Inter-University Transfer at UDOM will be open from 1st- 14th November, 2021.
PROCEDURES:
2. Candidates with UDOM OAS accounts;
(a). Login using credentials i.e. Username and Password created during application for admission.
(b). Click payment to obtain control number and pay the application fee.
(c). Click apply transfer and fill in all required information before submission.
3. Candidates without UDOM OAS accounts:
(b).Click add personal information and complete filling all required details.
(c).Click payment to obtain control number and pay the application fee.
(d).Click add academic results i.e. Form 4 and Form 6 results.
(e). For applicants with Diploma or Certificate education CLICK education qualification to add equivalency numbers.
(f). Click apply transfer and fill in all required information before submission.
(1). Only candidates admitted in other Universities for the 2021/2022 academic year are eligible to apply.
(2). First year students registered in other Universities for the 2021/2022 academic year are not eligible.
(3). Application fee is TSH. 50,000.00 nonrefundable payable through a control number.
(4). The programme to which transfer is sought must have vacancies to accommodate new students.
(5). Candidates must possess the minimum entry requirements for the programmes they are applying.
(6). No candidate shall be allowed to start studying a transferred degree programme before approval of his/her application by the University Senate.
(7). Successful candidates shall be required to pay all prescribed fees and other related costs of the new programmes.
